Scott Lemke , Owner & Company President
With more than 20 years of experience in the pest management industry, Scott Lemke founded Lemke Pest Control in January 2016. Now celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2026, the company has grown into a trusted name in the Rochester area and beyond.
Scott began his career in 2003 with a family-owned pest control company that later became part of a national organization in 2007. In 2015, he and his family relocated to Rochester, Minnesota, where he took the opportunity to build his own business rooted in quality service and community values.
With strong support from the Rochester community, Lemke Pest Control experienced rapid growth in its early years while maintaining a consistent focus on customer satisfaction. The company has been recognized as a “Best of the Best” finalist every year since opening their doors and has maintained a 5-star Google rating since its founding.
A 1998 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Scott continues to apply his education and industry experience to lead with integrity and innovation in pest management.
Scott and his wife, Karen, are proud parents of three children: Madison, Noah, and Evelyn.
Mike Lemke , Owner
As a 30-year veteran of the United States Air Force, retired Chief Master Sergeant Mike Lemke joined Lemke Pest Control in June of 2020.
After six years serving as Service Manager, Mike has officially retired and is enjoying life in Arizona. Following many years as a co-owner of the family business, he has stepped away from day-to-day operations and traded pest control for the golf course, where he now spends much of his time perfecting his swing.
Mike’s credentials include several leadership and management roles, giving him extensive knowledge for his new position as Service Manager. With a wide range of experiences and education, spanning three decades, six states, and four countries, Mike is laying down roots in southeast Minnesota to be near family.
During his decorated military career, Mike supported numerous military Operations including Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, New Dawn, Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa, Inherent Resolve, Freedom Sentinel, and Spartan Shield. He is the recipient of several military medals and was awarded with the 1st Maintenance Manager of the Year at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, 7th Maintenance Group SNCO of the Year and 7th Bomb Wing Armament Manager of the Year, Dyess AFB.
Mike holds certifications in both residential and commercial pest control.
Mike and his wife Vikki have four adult children and a rescue cat named Nala.
Vikki Lemke, Office Manager
Vikki has been an integral part of the Lemke Pest Control team for the past six years, providing dependable bookkeeping and administrative support that helps keep the business running smoothly.
With a strong background in business operations, finance, and customer service, Vikki is known for her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accuracy. Her behind-the-scenes work ensures the day-to-day financial operations of the company are managed efficiently, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional pest control services to customers.
Originally educated in Colorado, Vikki has lived in several states, including Oregon, Montana, Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Minnesota, and Arizona.
When she's not managing the books at Lemke Pest Control, Vikki enjoys spending time with family and hitting the links with Mike.
Adam Lemke, Service Technician
Born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, Adam Lemke is proud to call southeastern Minnesota home.
With four years of experience in the pest control industry and a Master's Pest Control License, Adam brings extensive knowledge and professionalism to every service visit. As part of the family-owned and operated Lemke Pest Control team, he is committed to providing effective pest management solutions and outstanding customer service.
Growing up, Adam enjoyed spending time outdoors and continues to appreciate Rochester's extensive network of biking and walking trails. When the weather cooperates, he also enjoys playing disc golf—especially when the temperatures are above freezing.

Adam and his wife, Hailie, are the proud parents of four children and enjoy spending quality time together as a family.
Noah Lemke, Service Technician
Noah Lemke is a valued member of the Lemke Pest Control team and the son of owner Scott Lemke. Having grown up around the family business, Noah has spent years learning the trade firsthand by observing and working alongside his father.
After three years of gaining experience, Noah currently holds a Master Technician License.
Today, Noah continues to expand his knowledge of the pest control industry while contributing to the company's commitment to providing reliable, professional service. As part of the next generation of Lemke Pest Control, he is dedicated to learning new techniques, staying current with advancements in pest management, and helping deliver effective solutions for customers.

Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending time with friends, playing disc golf, and gaming.
